执法人员到达现场时发现该加工部内的工人正在加工轴承，且现场存放有洛阳某知名品牌的轴承16箱，每箱25套，货值金额5000余元。当事人声称该批轴承属于委托加工，但提供不出该轴承委托生产加工合同或协议。经调查核实，该轴承生产加工的行为属于冒用他人厂名厂址的违法行为，执法人员依法对这批轴承予以查封。目前，该案在进一步处理中。（临清质监局）
