经查，该经营部从外地购进假冒“ZXY”轴承，冒充正厂配件卖给一些修理厂和消费者，目前已有部分产品流入市场。为此，工商执法部门现场扣押了这些假冒产品，并依法对其作出了罚款处罚。同时，工商部门提醒消费者，购买汽配应到正规厂商或者4S店，并索要发票，还可要求对方在上面注明详细信息，以备维权之用。（大江网）
