土压平衡盾构的工作环境十分恶劣，对主轴承重载、变载等复杂工况下有着极高的可靠性要求。为了满足要求，技术中心热加工技术研究室针对这一关键工艺展开攻关，他们查阅技术资料、走访科研院所，编制了多种试验工艺方案。在特大型轴承厂的大力配合下进行了多次轴承滚道、齿面、齿根中频淬火试验，Z终圆满解决了制约盾构主轴承中频淬火工艺的技术难题，为该项目的顺利研制提供了保障。(LYC)
