该项目主要内容是：从提高轴承产品质量、性能、寿命、可靠性着手，调整、改造现有传统产品结构，向高科技含量、高精度产品研发，达到改善品种规模，增加产品品种，提高产品技术工艺水平的目的。项目总投资8372万元，固定资产投资5850万元，新增各类高精端设备40台（套）。
目前，各项投资已经全部到位，已建成新的特大型厂房4000平方米、改扩建厂房4510.24平方米，本项目所购设备现正在安装调试中，计划八月末完成一切调试工作正式投产。
