宝钢股份炼铁厂烧结成品振动筛轴承全部国产化

炼铁厂烧结成品振动筛装机量高达27台，且进口轴承使用寿命较短，消耗量较大，轴承请购费用每年约60万左右。同时，频繁检修也造成烧结产能损失，严重制约了烧结正常有序生产。针对这一问题，炼铁厂设备室与宝钢股份设备部联合成立了轴承国产化攻关团队，与国内知名轴承制造厂进行深入交流，着重分析炼铁厂轴承运行情况、负荷变化曲线等。经过3个月的技术攻关，轴承国产化攻关团队与相关轴承制造厂共同研制了国产化新型轴承，该轴承在现场预计使用寿命可达1年，年降成本将达60万。(宝钢)
