作为省市重点项目的新洛轴工程，自今年3月份正式开始建设就成为省市及公司上下关注的焦点，为确保项目建设速度，该项目建设施工单位在公司项目总指挥部的统一协调下，按照快、好、省的原则，克服各种意想不到的困难，保证各项目建设快速向前推进。当天上午，记者在建设现场看到，虽然前一天下雨使得施工现场一片泥泞，但并有影响到厂房内管线的铺设、地面硬化、设备基础的搭建等工作。数百名施工人员忙碌在施工现场，严格按照操作规范加快施工进度。据公司现场施工代表介绍，由于受外部客观因素的影响，整体施工进度受到一定的影响，但他们已经按照公司的总体要求，重新对方案进行了调整，Z大限度地把延误的工期赶回来。（LYC）
