执法人员到达现场时发现该加工点工人正在组装轴承，现场存放有洛阳某知名品牌的轴承500套，货值金额4500元，该加工点现场提供不出上述轴承的委托生产加工合同或协议。执法人员对该加工点现场发现的轴承予以查封。
